Kabir Pary is a Management Consultant and Certified Coach who help
and support aspiring and practising professionals to jumpstart and accelerate their career and
entrepreneurial journey.
As a coach, consultant and trainer, he engages with

Kabir Pary is a certified trainer by National Skill Development Corporation,
Authorised PMP Instructor and a Licensed Behavioural Trainer.
He has conducted a number of training sessions on personal,
project and quality management processes.
He has also served as a faculty for postgraduate and undergraduate management
and engineering students.
Academically, Kabir Pary is a double post graduate in Engineering as well as in Business Administration.
He is currently pursuing a doctoral program in Management.
He also has a number of credentials including Advanced Diploma in Coaching,
Certified Accelerated Learning Coach, Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP),
Certificate in Counselling (UK), Project Management Professional,
SAFe Agilist and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Kabir Pary's last employment was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the top ranked
services
and consulting organisation. His 20+ years of varied experience with corporate world comprised
of
- Program/Project Management executive with expertise in directing highly complex projects for
financial
and service organizations worldwide, including insurance, banking, airline and
telecommunication
industries.
- IT Commercial and Vendor Management Consultant with sound experience in streamlining
processes such as
strategic sourcing, vendor and contract performance evaluation, vendor certification,
service costing,
etc.
- Certified PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner with experience in structuring and implementing
projects in
U.K., U.S.A., South Africa, Saudi Arabia and India.
- IT professional with comprehensive business/technical skill set and more than 20 years
experience in
business process automation, enterprise application integration, process improvement,
requirements
analysis, workflow design, project management, leadership, process modelling,
testing/quality assurance,
software development, customer relationship, estimating and vendor relationships.
Along with consulting, training and coaching practice,
Kabir Pary finds time for volunteering in association with non-profit organisations
and academic institutions also. He is an active member of Project Management Institute,
Indian Society for Training and Development, and Kerala Management Association.
